How to get Articleship Placement Easily

Hi friends........as we all know that every CA student should undergo Articleship before giving his CA-Final attempt. How to get Articles....? Where to Join...? How to Approach them.....??? Likewise many questions runs in the minds of the students......So let us try to come up with some answers.....

Eligibility

The student should either complete his Both groups of IPCC or at least Group I of IPCC.
He should be a Graduate or Post Graduate with prescribed % of marks.

• Articleship is designed to make a student thorough in practical scenario and get more exposure towards the professional life....It is of 3 years training period.
• But to get articles, students have to search, contact the person, go and visit the firms and decide what suites them the best........ohhhh its a long process right....??
• Usually students sit in front of internet and go on searching for the firms or they visit the near by ICAI Branch to get to know the vacancies of Articleship in the firms as notice will be placed regarding this articleship vacancies there....what ever it might be but its some what a difficult task.......
• So now ICAI has made it much easier to us.....The Board of Studies (BOS) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has now introduced on-line Articles Placement Portal Click Here for both the firms of CA (Chartered Accountants) and students to register themselves for the Articles Placement Scheme. 
• The services to the On-line Placement Portal for articled training are available free of charge for both CA Firms and Students.

Under this scheme, the students have to fill up an on-line form requiring their educational details including the details on Articled Training preferences, preferred ICAI Center etc. After successful registration a unique candidate code is generated by the system and this unique code will be used as the reference number for any communication with CA Institute.After this they short list the candidates for the Interview and the short listed students would automatically receive an e-mail through the Portal that includes details like interview date, time and address of CA Firms offices to appear for interview.
There might be some confusion regarding this.....

let me explain you in brief.......

Step-1: 

Visit www.bosapp.icai.org and click on New User Registration under "CA Student".
As you (the student) are applying... go for CA Students......there are also other two which you can see below they are CA Firms and Important......

Step-2: 

When the window is open, just enter only four mandatorily required basic details in order to proceed with the Registration to the Portal of your choice which will be required for you when you login on this portal. Now, click on submit button at the right-bottom corner of the window.

Step-3: 

After successfully registration you will see two buttons like HOME and also LOGIN. If you want to continue then click on LOGIN button or else you can go back to HOME page and LOGIN again.

Step-4: 

On successful login, you will be required to fill up registration form which is divided into 7 sections as show hereunder:

1. Personal Details
2. Educational Details
3. Training Details (Orientation  and ITT).
4. Work Experience (if any)
5. Hobbies and other Achievements
6. Articled Training Preference (Choose the city you prefer for interview )
7. Declaration: 

• At last read carefully the declaration section then select I Agree option and then click the button click here to View Profile.

Step-5: 

Finally, you will have to click on Submit button so that you will see your Unique Code You can also see a message stating that your application form for the interview has been registered.
